Terms of service

This site is run by Charged Up Nutrition and Adventure, 1850 McCulloch Blvd N, Ste B2, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. By ordering online you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language; if something isn't clear, just ask.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and match our menu. Prices include sales tax. There is no minimum order. Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and you see the confirmation page.

Every drink is made to order by hand. If an item runs out or we can't make your order for any reason, we'll contact you and refund what we couldn't make.

You pay by card when you order. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number (see our Privacy policy). Tips are optional.

Choose a pickup time during store hours (Mon–Fri 7 am – 5 pm · Sat 8 am – 12 pm · Sun closed). Times run every 15 minutes, the last one 30 minutes before we close. Pick up at the counter at 1850 McCulloch Blvd N, Ste B2.

If you're running late, give us a call. Pickup orders that aren't collected are not refunded (see our Refund policy).

• We deliver Mon–Fri 11am–2pm, in 30-minute windows, to addresses within 7 miles of the shop (straight-line distance). Checkout checks your address and won't take a delivery order outside that area.
• Delivery is free on orders of $35 or more before tip; otherwise there's a $5 delivery fee.
• Please give a correct address and a phone number we can reach, and have someone there to take the order. We deliver to businesses, schools and homes.
• If no one is there to take the order, a missed delivery is not refunded.

Our drinks are made in a small shop where milk, soy, nuts, gluten and other allergens are handled on shared equipment. Tell us about allergies in the order notes or by phone; we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee any drink is allergen-free.

Nutrition figures on our menu are typical values for the standard recipe. We're an independent Herbalife Nutrition member; our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We may update these terms, our menu, prices, hours and delivery area. The terms shown when you place an order are the ones that apply to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
