Privacy policy

Charged Up Nutrition and Adventure is a small shop in Lake Havasu City. We collect only what we need to make your order and get it to you. We never see or store your full card number, we don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email.

• Your name and phone number, so we know whose order it is and can call if there's a question.
• Your email address, if you give it, so we can send your order confirmation.
• For delivery: your address, and how far it is from the shop.
• Your order itself: items, add-ons, notes, pickup or delivery time, prices, tax, tip, delivery fee and total.
• The order and payment reference numbers from Square, so we can look an order up or refund it.

Card payments are processed by Square. You type your card details into Square's secure payment form. They go straight to Square, not to us, and we never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Like a paper receipt, we may see the card type and the last four digits. Square's own privacy notice covers what Square does with payment information.

These services handle your information only to run your order:

• Square: payments, and sending your order to our register.
• Supabase: the database where we keep order records.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Resend: sends order confirmation emails.
• The U.S. Census Bureau address lookup: we send a delivery address to it to check the distance from the shop.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

If you give us an email address at checkout, we send you an order confirmation with a link to track your order. That's it: no newsletters and no marketing lists.

Your cart is saved in your browser tab so it survives a page reload; it disappears when you close the tab. This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

We keep order records as long as we need them to run the shop, handle refunds and questions, and keep business and tax records. Ask us and we'll delete your contact details from past orders, except what we have to keep for tax or payment records.
