Do you deliver in Lake Havasu City?

Yes. Delivery Mon–Fri 11am–2pm · Free over $35, otherwise $5 · within 7 miles. Pick a delivery window at checkout, or call (928) 302-3800 and we'll sort it out with you.

Do you sell Herbalife products?

Yes. We're an independent Herbalife nutrition club, and the shelf — Formula 1 shakes, Liftoff, Herbal Aloe, teas, protein snacks and supplements — is on our Shop page. You can add products to the same order as your drinks and pick up in store or have them delivered.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes. Coaching starts with a complimentary wellness assessment, and we run the WeDo Transformations 21-Day Challenge with daily coaching, a nutrition guide and workout routines — in person or fully online. Weight loss, healthy weight gain, daily energy and nutrition for athletes are all covered on the Coaching & Wellness page.

What is a Charged Refresher?

A Charged Refresher is our loaded energy drink (what a lot of shops call a loaded tea): sugar free, 20 calories, built to order in 24oz or 32oz for energy and mental focus, antioxidants, vitamins B and C, and no afternoon crash. They sit on the menu next to 24g-protein smoothies, protein coffee and caffeine-free refreshers.

Do I need a membership to order?

No. Anyone can walk in and order — no membership, no sign-up. Coaching and the 21-day challenge are optional extras, not a requirement.

Is there anything for kids?

Yes. Kids Hydration (Blue Shark, Princess Berry or Happy Face, all caffeine free) is on the refreshers board, and there is a 16oz Kids Shake in any flavour.
